Our Chapter is located at the beautifully kept Greensea, SC airfield (S79) owned by members Bud & Shirley Shaw. Greensea has an ultralight/rc strip as well as a full length (>3500') grass runway.

Greensea airfield is located on Mt. Olive Church Rd., 2 miles north off highway 9, 6 miles east of Nichols, SC, 9 miles west of Loris, SC and 20 miles from the golf capital of the world, Myrtle Beach, SC.

The Shaw's have camping facilities adjacent to the field.

Closest aviation fuel is either Whiteville Columbus County (KCPC) or Conway-Horry County (KHYW). Whiteville is known for having some of the least expensive fuel in the country.
