Treasurer report read by Tom Sullivan. Bank balance as of April 16 is $713.97. Report accepted as read by members. (This does not include this meetings donations.)

Under old business moving of shed discussed. Gary & Duane to work on it after meeting and on Saturday April 23 they will, with the help of Bud Shaw, move it to its proper resting place.

Under new business it was suggested we might try to get a new secretary as Robbie seems too busy to make meetings and may not have time to do the job. No volunteers
Came to the fore.

Jim Stoveken to make flyers advertising the fly in.

Tom Sullivan to notify newspapers and other sources.

Jim to get signs ready with proper date.

Dan Kirkley & Jim Stoveken will replace floor in tower as it is getting risky.

Russell Edwards and Tom Sullivan will get the BBQ ready on Wednesday before the fly in .

Jim Stoveken and Shirley Shaw will help on Thursday and Friday as needed.

Members are asked to help put up tents or cut grass if cutting is needed on Friday .

Members are asked to donate desserts, such as brownies, cake, pie or etc for the fly in.

ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO SHOW UP FOR THE FLY IN.
