Who is EAA Chapter 1167?

We're your friends and neighbors. We share a passion for flight, for fun, for learning. We're pilots and non-pilots of all levels of experience. We are all shapes, all sizes, and all ages. We're people who simply love all things 'flying'.

From building to restoring aircraft we are Chapter 1167 of the Experimental Aircraft Association and we would like to welcome you as a visitor and perhaps even as a new member.

EAA Chapter 1167's main building is located on Green Sea Airport (S79) in Green Sea, SC, about 20 miles NW of North Myrtle Beach, SC and about 28 miles NW of Myrtle Beach, SC. EAA Chapter 1167 meets the third Sunday of each month, alternating between Green Sea Airport and Georgetown Airport. The meeting starts at 2:00 p.m. but you are welcome to start arriving earlier. All members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend.
